ABOUT SAT:
What is SAT? SAT is known as Standardized Aptitude Test. This exam is required for any undergraduate program by universities in the United States of America and other countries. Students writing SAT are tested on evidence based reading and writing (EBRW} and mathematics.
When should I take the SAT? Secondary school students can take the SAT exam from grade 11 or grade 12. Students can also take the SAT test immediately after high school graduation. SAT exam is conducted in the month of March, May, June, August, October, November and December every year in Nigeria and other countries around the globe.
Where can I register and prepare for the SAT exam in Ikorodu Lagos? Is SAT paper based? As of 2023, the SAT exam has been converted to Digital SAT, which means the exam is now computer based and it is advisable that students familiarize themselves with exam techniques and sample questions using the computer before the exam day.

What is the total SAT score? SAT has a total score of 1600 which is an addition of Evidence Based Reading & writing as well as mathematics.
What SAT score is suitable for scholarship? SAT score of 1200 upwards qualifies a candidate for scholarship / tuition waiver. The higher the score the better the scholarship.
What SAT score is suitable for admission into colleges and universities?Minimum of 800 is suitable for admission into colleges and universities in the U.S. Though, each school has its cut off mark.
What is the requirement for SAT enrollment?The requirement for SAT exam enrollment is that students must have a valid international passport, which must also be presented at the testing center on the exam day.
What form of identification is needed on the SAT exam day for test takers in Nigeria? On the exam day, students residing in Nigeria are expected to bring their valid international passport or NIN for the purpose of identification and access into the exam hall. This is a compulsory requirement for the SAT exam test takers.
What is the difference between SAT and TOEFL? SAT is made up of mathematics and evidence-based reading & writing while TOEFL is a 100% proficiency test in the four sections of English language which are reading, writing, speaking and listening.
